Instructions return portal for DE Customer:

1. enter your order number (order ID) from us in the first field, the Amazon or OTTO order number can also be used here
2. then your zip code of the billing address
3. click on the "Start return" button
4. the system checks whether you are still within the return period of 30 days
5. if this is the case, please select the reason and quantity
6. click on the "Return" button
7. You will receive a DHL label including a QR code from us by e-mail, so you do not necessarily need a printer

Your return label is ready. Retain tracking number for tracking and receipt as proof of posting pending refund. Hand in the returned goods at a German post office near you. If you have any questions or want to register a return outside the deadline, you can contact us via the customer center.
